Cabo San Lucas lies at the tip of the famous Baja peninsula in Mexico and is a mecca for big game anglers who come from all over the world to target the mighty blue, striped and black marlin in the rich waters of the Pacific. The oldest and best-known fishing charter boat company based in Cabo is Pisces Sportfishing and they operate a fleet of over 20 luxury yachts and custom sportfishing boats. Catering to the varied demands of the traveling angler is no easy task and having tried unsuccessfully several times to implement a flexible yet simple booking system, Pisces were becoming increasingly frustrated in their efforts to build better customer relationships..
"Our customers are our lifeblood" explains Tracy Eherenberg, CEO of Pisces, "and we need to be completely responsive to their needs. All of the software solutions that we looked at to date were too restrictive and mostly based on desk bound technology. This was a serious block on our growth plans as we recognized the need for a web based CRM product that would reach out to our global customer base."
After an exhaustive search, Pisces chose an iportinstant CRM portal as the basis for their new online bookings solution. The new system will go live in November and is expected to deliver substantial time savings for staff as well as improving dramatically the customer service level thereby increasing levels of repeat business for Pisces.
